The Sharks are again in the waters, we are thankful for all the runners who participated in Seamergency in the summer, a good number are in the AGDQ 2014 Roster. These marathons make me so happy and give me so much hope. Thank you all for putting in so much work. I've been in the hospital a lot this year, and I am thankful I am healthy enough to hang out and spectate safely. If it wasn't for philanthropic ventures like this one, the world wouldn't be so bright.
