On Sunday a friend of mine lost her fight after two years of battling Esophageal cancer, at only 29 years old. Even though we weren't super close at the end, we always had a bond through our love of anime and video games, and enjoyed any chance we had to catch up. The world is certainly dimmer without her in in it, but events like AGDQ help us all to heal as we work together to support PCF and honor those that we've lost to cancer.
