I'm so glad to see so many runners running for a good cause. I have been living for 5 years with cancer, 3 of those have been in remission. Even though I have accepted that being able to truly beat cancer may not be possible, I can say that due to the efforts of PCF and other organizations, cancer is treatable. I am extremely glad that the efforts of early detection and prevention can greatly extend the time that I and other people with this disease can spend with their loved ones. I may very well die from a relapse, but that day is not today! Play On! Runner's Choice Also, Duke 3D is one of my favorites from my childhood. |
