Great week of speedruns! Loved the blindfolded child dungeons, Battleblock Theatre, Tetris, rogue-like block... Pretty much everything! This'll be a weird allocation: * $25 to Twilight Princess as best, because it was my first Zelda game despite playing games since the Intellivision & NES when I was 3. Also, it was an emotional experience for me, which I'd welcome in more games wholeheartedly. * $15 to Phantom Hourglass as a best because I love how clever the devs were with the "put your DS in sleep mode to copy a location from the top map to the bottom screen's map" puzzle. * $10 to Wand of Gamelon as the worst because it's such a weird and rare hardware for a game, especially one for a Nintendo IP. |
