I've been lucky enough to not lose any close friends or family to this awful disease, someone very important to me has been suffering from it. I don't think anyone has influenced how I see and enjoy games as much as John 'TotalBiscuit' Bain. He's introduced me to games that have become my all-time favorites, and discussed games in such an in-depth and intelligent way. And when he announced his diagnosis, I really grasped for the first time how awful this disease is. |
