Wanted to extend a special thanks to Atz. Found your cozy stream years back, and it both inspired me to get invested into speedrunning as well as got me through a dark time in my life when I was losing my father to his third battle with brain cancer.
Early detection is what allowed him to get the medical help which allowed him 12 more happy years when his prognosis initially looked grim, so charities like PCF mean a lot to me. I love what these events do for a multitude of reasons, and after having the opportunity to run at a GDQ myself since, I am eternally grateful for what the speedrun community has done for me.
