There once was this show called GDQ That started out with only a few But little did they know how big they'd grow Show after show the runs got quicker The tricks and skips got sicker and sicker All the while raising much needed money With a week of entertainment both enduring and funny We all come together to help one big cause And the last thing on the runner's mind is hitting pause Doctors Without Borders helps all over the world Helping anyone they can, so I've been told So open your wallets, and watch some runs Who knew this could be so much fun? But from humble beginnings to the beast it is now All you can do is sit back and say wow For what they achieve year after year Is absolutely nothing short of unreal And from the runner, to the donator we thank you all A week of love and respect, that we all call SGDQ - Summer Games Done Quick A great group of people, who help charities "hit a lick" Cheers and Love! |
