My father is battling leukemia and due to early detection the doctors were able to use modern medication to put the cancer into remission. My father bought me a NES with Mike Tyson's Punch Out when I was 5/6 years old. That was the moment I became a lifelong gamer. The other pivotal moment in my life was renting Chrono Trigger and binge playing it before I had to return it to Blockbuster. I was so blown away by the Chrono Trigger, I decided I wanted to work in the game industry and it forever changed my life. Thanks for putting together this fantastic event. It reminds me why I love games and the gaming community. Now I'm watching AGDQ2014 with my daughter who just turned 5 years old today. I'll donate an extra 50 dollars for a "Happy Birthday Freyja"
