This year I get to do the "bummer comment" thing - last summer, we lost my grandmother to bladder cancer. By the time she was diagnosed, her cancer had already advanced to Stage 4. There was no beating the disease by that point, only managing it, but she put up a strong four-year battle. Early detection is absolutely crucial to having a fighting chance against cancer, so I'm proud to support PCF and its mission and grateful for everything AGDQ to raise awareness. |
