This is a poster of Samus using the shinespark upgrade ability as she is going through tunnels. This was painted on Photoshop with the Wacom tablet. I tried to capture the essence of Samus's determination with a hint of exploration and speed that she does in her missions. I decided to use different elements of different games to create this illustration - which include: door and shinespark (in Super Metroid), a Brinstar tunnel (in Metroid), and suit designs (both Metroid: Samus Returns and Prime 3) |
